3.1 Permit Cost Revision and Payment

The revision of all permit prices is carried out annually with approval by the Chief Operating Officer, Division of University Operations.

All permits include GST.

Payment for all permits is made to:

3.2 Permit Renewal

Reminders will be sent to all staff holding a permit via email. Reminders are sent during November / December of each year.

Departmental, Commercial, After Hours permits are issued following submission of a new application at the beginning of each year.

Enrolled students may apply for an After Hours Permit by submitting a new application at the beginning of each year. Students must have a valid Student ID Card to confirm status of enrolment.
